I made a mistake with my order (Color/Design) We strive to display our digital images as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and calibrations, we cannot be held responsible for slight color differences between your screen and the physical product. Important Notice: If you accidentally order a design that clashes with the shirt color (for example, choosing white text on a white shirt), please understand that our system is fully automated and will process the order as placed. In such cases, we will do our best to help, but you will be responsible for production and shipping fees for a replacement, similar to our exchange policy. Returns & Exchanges What is your return policy? Because every item at EsportsShirt is custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or printing error. Defective Items: In the rare event of a quality issue, we will provide a free reprint immediately. Refunds: If a product is faulty and you prefer not to receive a replacement, a full refund or store credit will be issued. No need to ship back: If we verify an error on our part, you don’t need to return the item. We kindly ask that you donate the original product to a local charity or someone in need. I ordered the wrong size – What can I do? If you receive an item that doesn’t fit because the sizing chart wasn’t reviewed, we offer the following “Fair Play” solution: We will print a replacement for you at zero profit to us. You only cover the production costs and shipping fees. We will send you an invoice via PayPal and a sizing chart for your final confirmation. Once paid, your replacement becomes a priority in our production line. Shipping & Delivery Issues My package is being “Returned to Sender” If a package is sent back to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the tracking status will show as “Return to Sender.” If this happens: Contact us immediately at [email protected].
